| Thank
you for your interest in volunteering for Cape Town
Child Welfare. As part of the volunteer network you
can help our organisation reach its goals while reaching
your own as well. Please keep in mind that a general
willingness to help is most important and there are
projects for EVERYONE. Follow-up will be done once
we have reviewed your information. The Recruitment
Team looks forward to meeting you!
Volunteer Requirements
- Volunteers must be 18years or
older (Anyone under the age of 18 years will form
part of a support system with adult supervision)
- Volunteers
must attend the eight hour orientation session (one
full day or over two mornings)
- Volunteers
should bring along their Identity Document as well
as the names of two contactable referees
- Once

are held in order to allocate volunteers to appropriate
teams
- All
volunteers are required to commit themselves (A Commitment

- Cape Town Child Welfare
does not pay volunteers, but offers them training
appropriate to the respective teams, and also references
for employment opportunities.
