Duties and responsibilities

• Managing and maintaining administrative records and files
• Nutrition/ menu planning and purchasing of food
• Finance and budgets (fee collection, purchases for creche)
• Arranging parent meetings, staff functions and social events
• Manage maintenance of premises and equipment
• Coordinate and manage Educare centre and staff
